At Mood Mart, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return the item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original condition
Perishable items like fresh produce cannot be returned
Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for returns
Return Process
Log into your Mood Mart account and initiate a return request within 30 days of delivery.
Package the item(s) securely and ship them back to our warehouse at the provided address.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or damaged items shipped.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a free return pickup and issue a full refund.
